Close collaboration with the central and decentralized HR departments
Processing of certification and reporting tasks
Communication with tax offices, health insurance providers, and authorities
Taking on special tasks and participation in projects, as well as the active process optimization in the department

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
(Initial) professional experience in payroll accounting and time management
Knowledge of payroll tax, social security and labor law
Very good MS Office skills
Structured way of working
High level of responsibility and reliability, as well as customer orientation
Pronounced team and communication skills
